Yes! I love shooting both digital and film at weddings—what is often referred to as “hybrid.” I enjoy combining the timelessness of film with the speed and versatility of digital photography. I first learned photography using film, and it’s what made me fall in love with the medium. I love the process of slowing down, and the images tend to be more creative and experimental, often leading to delightful surprises in your final gallery. On a wedding day, however, I primarily shoot digitally, as it allows me to capture a large volume of images and thoroughly document your day. This ensures I don’t miss important moments, like when I’d need to reload a film camera.
That said, I offer film as an add-on to complement my digital work. You can choose to add a single roll or opt for full-day film coverage.

With a BFA in Photography from the Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) and a strong foundation in documentary photography, I bring a unique blend of storytelling and artistry to my work. My goal is to create images that are not only visually stunning but also deeply meaningful—a true reflection of your relationship and the moments you hold dear. My style weaves together candid, organic moments with subtle, gentle direction to ensure you feel natural, comfortable, and at ease. It’s about capturing your genuine essence while celebrating the details that make your day uniquely yours. I thrive on balancing creative experimentation with authentic, casually elegant moments. Whether it’s playing with light and shadow, incorporating dynamic compositions, or highlighting the raw emotion of an unguarded laugh, I strive to document your story in a way that feels personal, timeless, and unmistakably you. At my core, I am an artist. My ultimate goal is to create art of you both—art that you’ll treasure forever and return to time and again to relive the joy and beauty of your day.

On your wedding day, I am more than just your photographer—I am your advocate, your supporter, and your calming anchor. My approach is rooted in flexibility and attentiveness. I feed off your energy and adjust to match your vibe, whether it’s upbeat and celebratory or quiet and intimate. Above all, I aim to make your experience stress-free and enjoyable. What does this mean in practice? It means being present and observant in ways that go beyond simply taking photos. With my documentary background, I’m trained to notice the small, often overlooked moments: the way you squeeze each other’s hands, the quiet breath you take before walking down the aisle, or the laughter shared between formalities. I’ll be there to document these moments while also tuning into your needs—whether it’s giving you space for a private pause, subtly stepping in when family photo sessions run long, or helping you gracefully escape when you need a breather. My goal is to create a safe and supportive environment where you can be fully yourself. I’m here to celebrate with you, support you, and ensure that your story is captured authentically, beautifully, and with care.

After earning my BFA, I pursued wedding photography as a career and eventually moved to Brooklyn, NY, in 2021 to become a full-time wedding photographer here in the city.

This completely depends on your day, but in many cases, having a second photographer can be very helpful. With a second photographer, I can cover more ground, capture additional perspectives and angles, and manage time more efficiently—it’s like being in two places at once. It also provides a backup in case of an emergency. My second photographers are trusted professionals I’ve worked with before. I recommend a second photographer if:

Don’t worry—almost everyone says this unless they’re a model or actor! It’s completely normal to feel a little awkward in front of the camera. That’s where I come in: it’s literally my job to make you feel comfortable and confident.
As a documentary photographer, my style is very candid. You’ll probably only be looking directly at the camera about 10% of the time. The most authentic photos happen when you’re wrapped up in the moment, forgetting the camera is even there.
